Hall facilities at Fenwick Parish Church are available for hire for organisations or individuals looking for somewhere to hold events both on a regular or one off basis.
The building was completely renovated during the summer of 2014 to include a new spacious entry area which doubles as a photography and art gallery, a fully functioning catering quality kitchen and modern toilet facilities.
The church has two spaces available for hire to accommodate regular meetings or groups or for one-off events such as birthday parties or dances.
The Guthrie Hall is 13.1m x 8.5m and has a capacity of 100 for seating and dancing. It has a stage at one end and there is direct access to the kitchen. It has a hardwood floor, lined for badminton and is suitable for keep fit, dancing, dinners and parties.
The Paton Room is 6.5m x 5.1m and is suitable as a meeting or training room with audio visual facilities. There is direct access to the kitchen and can be joined with the Guthrie Hall.
The catering quality kitchen has a large upright refrigerator, a range cooker with a double oven, an instant boiling water tap, microwave and airfryer.
The halls are located behind the church in the heart of the village with a private carpark.
Hall Hire Rates
Guthrie Hall £15 per hour
Paton Room £10 per hour
Both Halls £20 per hour
Kitchen rate is £20 per booking and is defined as any use beyond a kettle and microwave.
Children’s Party Rate: 3 hours: £40.00 for Guthrie Hall; £50.00 for both halls.
Set up and breakdown time is included as part of the booking time.
